I am writing in support of the proposal of Universidad del Pacífico “knowledge and innovation in policymaking and strategic management” – 2024.

I am aware that this proposal is aligned with the priorities of the Intergovernmental Programme for the Management of Social Transformations (MOST) of UNESCO, and it has a key to fostering positive social change toward inclusive and sustainable development.

The proposal, from my point of view, will contribute to the education of public management professionals and officials interested in the design and implementation of public policies due to the diverse population’s research, knowledge, and action.

In conclusion, I fully support the effort of the Universidad del Pacífico and its proposal “Knowledge and innovation in policymaking and strategic management” as a candidate to the Programme of UNESCO Chairs.
